Sculptor and painter Valérie Chaussonnet’s whole house is a colorful art studio and an art gallery, once celebrated on the Austin Weird Homes Tour as the “Art Oasis”. The living room is the main painting Studio. The ochre and blue Provencal kitchen hosts space-age jewelry artist Valentina Vale and Edible Art artist Caroline Frommhold, while painter Regina Allen is exhibiting her oil and watercolor artworks in the magical space of the Orangerie, tucked down an old path with a great view by the “forest”.
