Originally a steel fabrication shop called Capital Machine Works (1940–2016), Central Machine Works Brewery opened in 2019 on Austin’s East side. Blending industrial roots with modern charm, CMW not only brews beer but also features a full-service bar, food menu, versatile beer hall, and expansive beer garden.
