Creative since childhood, I’m a fine-line tattoo artist getting back together with my first love—mixed media art. I wrangle a cocktail of human experiences into my paintings with casual poetry, tokens from world travels, layered patterns and intuitive colors. My work centers on capturing the fleeting, often contradictory feelings of being a deeply sentimental (and sometimes feisty) soul in a modern world. This current series is an ode to being a lover—especially at a point in history when it’s a hard time to be a soft creature.
