I’m an artist who likes to use materials in unusual ways. I make canvases out of salvaged clothing, paintings that look like fabric and I weave textiles with dried strips of acrylic paint. The results of blending materials and techniques from different disciplines are surprising (sometimes amusing) visual illusions that invite you to stop and take a closer look.
