My artwork blends traditional folk art influences with contemporary mixed media methods. Inspired by my Texas upbringing and a love for quilts, folk art and whimsical motifs, I combine paints, fabrics, beads and ribbons into layered, textured compositions. Each piece is hand-embroidered directly through the canvas, adding tactile depth and intricate detail. The work is entirely handmade in my home studio.
