Log cabins in the forest, TVs shaped like astronaut helmets and the music of Sly and the Family Stone all factor into my design vocabulary. I will show custom furniture and woodworking in my studio, part of the great Splinter Group warehouse. I will also hold a woodworker’s garage sale with unique pieces of wood for sale.

What TO expect

The Splinter Group is a consortium of contemporary craftspeople founded in 1997. We were on the first East Austin Studio Tour and have participated every year. Approximately 8 artisans are scheduled to exhibit this year. Expect to see the highest level of quality woodworking, jewelry and other media.
