An accidental artist and unapologetic paint slinger, I discovered painting on sleepless nights after a diagnosis of young-onset Parkinson’s. Based in Austin and a mother of two daughters in college, I bring the same grit from my years as a competitive athlete to the canvas: instinctive, urgent and with zero expectations. Pink dominates my work because it sparks dopamine, the very chemical Parkinson’s steals. What begins in chaos resolves into clarity, bold canvases that radiate joy, resilience and a surprising lightness.
