As an Austin-based mosaic artist, my passion for mosaics began in 1999 when I took my first class and fell instantly in love with the technique of “painting with glass”. I am currently developing a practice focusing on “graveyard art” such as headstones, urns and memorial benches. I work with families to create meaningful memorial artworks that celebrate the lives of those they’ve lost, which serve as both personal tributes and sources of comfort, reflecting the uniqueness of each individual.
