Hands Off Central TX (HOCTX) is a coalition of individuals and grassroots organizations working to defend democracy and engage the civic power of the people. Our art show “Democracy in Focus” is put on by the professional photographers and videographers that volunteer to capture democracy in action, with the intention of creating an immersive art show that invites the viewer to experience a protest.
