I grew up loving to sketch, but for the past 6 years I’ve enjoyed the possibilities (and challenges) that oil paint brings. I’ve been a hobbyist until recently, when I decided to take on art full-time. I’ve mostly painted places, animals and people that have a special meaning to me or loved ones. As a native Texan and two-time Texas Longhorn, I’ve always drawn plenty of inspiration from Austin. I’m currently pushing myself to try new techniques and styles and even delve into the abstract, and would love to share with you where I’m at in my art journey.
