I’m a painter working with spray paints, oil sticks and charcoal on canvas, ranging up to 7×10 ft. My subject is people shaped by the stress and demands of modern life, and through an exploration of surface, light and shadow, color and line. Spray paint gives me the speed and spontaneity of drawing along with all the tonal possibilities of paint. I’m in my studio most of the day, most of the week.
