While working on a degree in Drawing and Painting at the University of Georgia, I was sidetracked by a graphic design job offer by the band R.E.M. (which I accepted). During my 30-year career in the music industry, I developed my love of graphic design, photography and illustration. My photography is in the style of street documentation, finding the humor in everyday life that comes with putting it in a different context.
