During my last artists’ residency, in Mexico City, I was able to transform some of my recent photographic work into Risographs. The bright colorful images lend themselves to the color palette of Risographs. As a printmaker, I am most familiar with photo intaglio, made with polymer plates, printed on an American French Tool press from my original photographs, so this is a departure from my more familiar monochrome work. I print at Slugfest Print Studio, where my photographs become fine art prints.
