Matt Bisacca (Thought Phantoms) is a self-taught muralist with projects featured in Taylor, TX, Kansas City, MO and Austin, TX. His career started out as a New Year’s resolution to paint at the original H.O.P.E. Outdoor Gallery and has now turned into a passion for creating unique murals and turning ideas into reality.
