I’m a native of Austin, Texas, and mostly self-taught, with over 25 years of creative experience using a variety of mediums such as acrylic paints, watercolors and colored pencils. My paintings reflect personal experiences and emotional complexities. Exploring the psyche, the outer world and the complex interplay between them; I reflect something deep and mysterious in our nature. On the flip side, my more illustrative work expresses a playful side of the natural world. Animals and creatures are used to explore the curious way I see the world, providing a breather from the intensities of life.
