The mission of the Weavers and Spinners Society of Austin is to inspire and educate weavers, spinners and dyers in the area. With this year’s theme of “Reimagine: Reuse and Upcycling,” our pop-up gallery allows us to share our creativity with the larger community. Through an exhibition, talks, competitions and demonstrations, visitors can learn about the textile arts and purchase handwoven, handspun, and handdyed items, as well as gently used equipment, books and excess supplies.
